I’m Karen Zara, a Brazilian freelance writer and blogger.
Why I’m qualified to run a blog on entrepreneurship:
First of all, having a writing business to take care of, I’m an entrepreneur myself.
Moreover, I’ve worked for over 3 years as a banking officer with Banco do Brasil, which is one of Latin America’s largest banks. I specialised in business banking, particularly credit analysis and loans. As a result, I used to deal with companies of various sizes and in many different industries, from restaurants to home decor shops and non-profits to travel agencies.
What I expect to achieve with Abaminds Entrepreneurs:
I’d be very hypocritical if I said I don’t want to promote my own services with this blog. Of course this is one of my main aims.
However, I also want to help other entrepreneurs express their views and promote themselves. And no, this isn’t me pretending to be a nice woman. This is me relating to the feelings of my fellow business owners and freelancers.
I know how hard it is to have your voice heard and, worse yet, spread the word about your business. If I can help other businesspeople benefit from this blog in any (honest, ethical) way, I’ll feel glad and accomplished. Bonus if this helps me find more clients too.
